To add

1/2 butternut pumpkin, 3 carrots, 2 celery sticks and 1 can of coconut cream.


Instructions for soup

Add all ingredients, except for the coconut milk. to large pot. Add 6 cups of water and bring to the boil. Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours. Add 1 can of coconut cream. Blend in food processor or use a stick blender. Serve warm.
