6 cups of water, fresh ginger (optional), yogurt (optional).
Add water to large saucepan, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer. Add entire contents of this packet, simmer for 1-1.5 hours (or until all liquid has gone and it is thick and pudding-like). Stir the congee regularly. You may need to add more water if it becomes dry. Ladle into a bowl and top with goji berries fresh ginger or yogurt (all optional). Refrigerate leftovers and reheat over stove.
